2. We Consult Our Artisans: Our team identifies suitable empanelled artisans and checks technical feasibility, design/material options, production capacity, estimated time and cost.
3. We Share the Details: We provide the feasible customisation options, estimated price, production time, delivery timeline and other relevant conditions.
4. Artisan Confirmation: The order proceeds only when the concerned artisan accepts the work and confirms that the requested customisation can be completed within the required timeframe.
5. Your Craft Is Created: Once confirmed, the artisan creates your customised product with the care, skill and craftsmanship that make Indian handicrafts special.
6. Delivery to Your Doorstep: After completion and necessary quality/order-fulfilment processes, the product is dispatched. You will be kept informed of the progress and expected delivery.
